We are back for our 3rd Annual Ghostly Garlic Festival!!!
An Artisan’s Showcase will be organizing  Ghostly Garlic Annual “Garlic Festival” again this year.
When: Sunday September 3rd
Time: 10am to 4pm
Where: Oyama Community Hall – Indoors & Outdoors
Cost: $45.00 + GST  Indoors (8ft table)
          $65.00 + GST  Outdoors (10 x 10)

           
Acceptance Emails will go out  by June 30th  for Vendors who will have a space at the Garlic Festival
Invoice will be sent once you have received your confirmation of acceptance.
Artisans Showcase will be making a donation to the the Oyama Hall to continue with their upgrades from the Vendors fees.

Setup Time: Sunday morning 7:00am  to 9:30am.
Everyone must be setup by 9:30 for Customers. This is a must.
Placing of Vendors will be done when you arrive in the  morning.
Outdoor Vendors will need to have a tent and proper weights along with your setup.
No Pegs to be put into the grass.
Indoor Vendors, tables are supplied, otherwise you will need to bring your own if you prefer smaller size.
Indoor Vendors must put away their tables at the end of the market.

Food Vendors, please have all proper documentations that is needed to sell your products including Liability Insurance
For all Vendors: It doesn’t hurt to have your own liability Insurance as well.

Food Trucks will be on location for a bite to eat.

More Info for Vendors Vendors must leave their space in a clean manner at the end of the market. If you leave a mess, you will not be invited back. Do not pack up early unless you have been given permission or weather determines the outcome of the day. Be respectful of your surroundings & your fellow Vendors as well. Please follow all markings when driving on the field & exiting. If you need to cancel before August 1st a refund less 20.00 for admin fees will be granted. Food Sampling is allowed. Please have all proper paperwork and handwashing station in place.
