Application for the 2024 Open Air Collective

The Open-Air Collective will run every Saturday morning starting on the May 11th and ending August 31st at Kerry Park, Downtown Kelowna. The Open-Air Collective will run Saturday morning for 15 weeks, except for July 20th & Aug 24th.
Local customers and visitors will be delighted with the array of vendors featuring handmade goods, including clothing, food and jewelry, artists, specialty foods, and pottery, and more. Live music and entertainment that will create a vibe for all to enjoy. The Vendor agrees to conduct themselves in a manner that is professional, courteous, and in keeping with a family-oriented and inclusive environment. 

SET-UP: Vendors shall complete set up fifteen (15) minutes prior to market opening.

MARKET HOURS:
9:00 am – 2:00 pm, Saturday except for July 20th & Aug 24th due to other events.

Info for Vendors to know. 1 – There will be no dismantling of any aspect of your booth before closing time on each day., otherwise you will not be invited back. Please be respectful of your fellow vendors space and surroundings. 2 – Food sampling is allowed: Please have all proper requirements to sample 3 – All Food Vendors are responsible for their own Insurance, Food Safe and other certificates required to sell. 4 – Cosmetics/Bath Products most have liability Insurance. 5 – Please attached photos of your product we can use for Advertising and social media along with a description if possible. 6 – TEAR-DOWN: All vendors will clean up their space upon closure of the market by removing all waste products. Garbage and recycling receptacles will be provided on site. Wastewater or ice cannot be dumped of grass or plants but may be disposed of on the roadway or in storm drains. Tear-down must not commence before the market closes. Please read the terms of cancellation/ refund policy. 7 – LOSS/DAMAGE & SECURITY: Artisans Showcase will not be responsible for loss or damage to any property. Accordingly, each vendor shall take all necessary precautions to protect their valuables. The Applicant is responsible for their own cash, credit card and debit card security. Once application has been accepted, newsletter with details on Setup, Parking, Fees and other info will be sent out before your 1st market. CANCELLATION FEES: No refunds, unless there are unforeseen circumstances that have come up beyond the control of Artisans Showcase. 24. RAIN OR SHINE: This is a rain or shine event. Refunds due to inclement weather will not be issued, unless the weather is deemed a safety hazard to the general public.
