Get ready to kick off the holiday season in style at the 2026 Yuletide Market at the Penticton Trade & Convention Centre, happening November 6, 7 & 8! Friday 3 to 7 , Saturday 10 to 5 & Sunday 10 to 3. More news, both customers, vendors & little shoppers had so much fun last year, we decided to do it again. The Little Elf Shop is back! The little elves create a magical space just for young shoppers to pick out the perfect gifts for family and friends, making holiday memories even sweeter.
Artisans Showcase – Vendor Policies & Guidelines
- Pop-Up Tents / Displays
Pop-up tents will be limited and must receive prior approval from Artisans Showcase. Approval is determined solely by Artisans Showcase and not by the Penticton Trade & Convention Centre.
Please note: Pop-up tents and/or tent frames are not permitted unless approved in advance. - Licensed Products
The sale of licensed or trademarked items (including but not limited to Disney or licensed brands) is strictly prohibited at all events. - Food Sampling
Food sampling is permitted. Vendors must follow all proper food handling practices, including the use of gloves, utensils, and an appropriate garbage container at their booth. - Food & Beverage Sales
Any food or beverage sold by exhibitors must be pre-packaged and intended for off-site consumption only, in accordance with health regulations. - Booth Tear-Down
Vendors are not permitted to dismantle or pack up any portion of their booth prior to the official closing time on any event day.
Failure to comply may result in not being invited to future events. Vendors are expected to be respectful of neighbouring booths and shared spaces. - Vendor Requirements
All vendors are responsible for maintaining valid and up-to-date documentation, including but not limited to:
- Liability Insurance
- Food Safe Certification (if applicable)
- Any other required permits or certificates
- Tape Usage
No tape is permitted on floors or walls unless it is green painter’s tape.
Please request approval from event staff before applying any tape.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to:

- 60+ days prior to the event:
Full refund minus a $50 administration fee - 30–60 days prior to the event:
Refund issued minus a $100 fee - Within 30 days of the event:
No refunds will be issued
Exceptions may be considered for unforeseen circumstances at the discretion of Artisans Showcase, and any approved refunds will be subject to a $50 administration fee.
