We are excited to be back again for another holiday season for the Christkindl Holiday Market at the Laurel Packing House..
December 4th, 5th, and 6th at the beautiful and historic Laurel Packing House in Kelowna BC
Friday 2pm -7pm : Saturday 10am -5pm : Sunday 10am -3pm
Inspired by traditional European Christmas markets, this festive three-day event brings together the warmth of community, the charm of handmade treasures, and the joy of holiday spirit. Discover unique gifts from local artisans, indulge in festive treats, and enjoy the twinkling lights and cozy atmosphere that make this market a seasonal favorite. It’s the perfect place to shop local and celebrate the holidays!

EVENT INFO:
Dates & Time of Event : December 4th, 5th & 6th, 2026
Friday: 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Saturday: 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
Sunday: 10:00 am to 3:00 pm
Setup time: Friday from 1oam till 2pm
Doors open at 3pm on Friday for customers.
VENDOR INFO:
Applications will be accepted until event is filled.
All applications received after event is filled will be waitlisted.
An acceptance email will be sent out to confirm you will have a booth at the Event. Please reply with either YES if you accept the confirmation or NO you will not be attending this year.
Payment must be made within 10 days after you have been invoiced for your booth. Invoices not paid within the time allocated can cause your Booth to be given away to another Vendor.
I will keep an waitlist for vendors as well for any cancellations.
Tables & Chairs are limited, so we ask that you bring your own where possible.
Sharing booths is allowed, however both Vendors name must be on the application.
Full payment of your booth is due within 10 days after you have been invoiced, unless prior arrangements have been made. We all know that right now every show, market and event is asking for fees and a commitment.
We at Artisans Showcase understand and want to ease the stress for planning your events with us. To make it easier to pay your fees, we can offer you the option of installments. Just let us know once you receive your invoice from us and if you would like to do installments.
CANCELLATION FEES
Before October 31st full refund less $50.00 admin Fees
November 1st – November 14th 50% refund less admin fee of $50.00
No refunds after November 15th unless there are unforeseen circumstances that have come come up. This will be determined by Artisans Showcase for refunds.
